November 2nd, 2012 Grading

Two weeks ago, several of my advanced students were promoted at my school in American Kenpo. The test was 2.5 hours long and consisted of forms, sets, self-defense techniques and stand-up fighting. Congratulations to all of the following students on their promotion:
