My 2011 Martial Arts Training Log

Happy New Year Everyone! I hope all of you had a great holiday season and that 2012 brings you more blessings than you've ever experienced in your life.

To kick-start 2012, I am going to post my entire 2011 martial arts training log. For several years now, I have been trying to motivate my students to log everything that they practice on a daily basis. The advantage of doing so is that it motivates one to push their training to new heights, and to ensure that each person has not neglected certain aspects of his/her training routine. I know that at least a couple of my black belts have been logging their training routines for some time as well.
